Fast & Fixed, All-on-4, All-on-6 Wisdom teeth extraction
When all the teeth of an arch are missing, or the remaining ones can no longer be saved, a full rehabilitation on implants brings back fixed teeth. Cabinet Côté Gare offers the Fast & Fixed, All-on-4 and All-on-6 protocols: a whole arch is replaced by a fixed bridge carried by four or six implants.
Depending on the clinical situation, a fixed temporary prosthesis is fitted 24 hours after the procedure, then replaced by the final prosthesis once healing is complete. The number of implants depends on the quantity and quality of the bone, which 3D imaging allows us to assess at the consultation.
These procedures are performed by Dr Thierry Caro, oral surgeon. He also removes every type of wisdom tooth, impacted or not, from germectomy (removing a tooth that is still forming) to the most complex cases. He also performs gum grafts and periodontal surgery to treat periodontitis and gum recession.

Fixed teeth within 24 hours
When the teeth of an arch can no longer be saved, you do not wait months to smile again: within 24 hours, you have fixed teeth.
- On the day of the procedureThe teeth that cannot be saved are removed and the implants placed, usually in a single session.
- Within 24 hoursA fixed temporary bridge is screwed onto the implants. You eat, speak and smile with teeth.
- After healingThe final bridge replaces the temporary one, usually three to six months later.
